Bariani Olive Oil

Bariani Olive Oil is a family-owned operation with roots in the Northern Italian region of Lombardy. The family emigrated to Sacramento, California in 1990 and began producing extra virgin olive oil from the olive orchard surrounding their home, with the business running continuously since 1991. The oils are made from Manzanillo and Mission olive cultivars, chosen to reflect the character of their California terroir. In addition to olive oil, Bariani produces a California balsamic vinegar made from Yolo County zinfandel and cabernet grapes, slow-aged in wooden casks of chestnut, acacia, cherry, oak, mulberry, and ash.
