Barham’s Ozark Beef

Barham's Ozark Beef is a family-run cattle operation based in Conway, AR, founded by the Barham and Linck families. The business began offering bulk pasture-raised Arkansas beef in 2019, growing from a small circle of friends and family into hundreds of households filling their freezers with halves and wholes. Charlie Barham raises the cattle, and Ed and Mariana Linck have managed the direct-to-consumer side of the business. The farm has concluded its bulk beef program and is now channeling its focus into Beef Snob Snack Sticks, a product line available online at BeefSnob.com and through select retailers. Barham's Ozark Beef, LLC remains the company behind that brand.
