Adaptations

Adaptations is a certified organic farm and food hub on the Big Island of Hawaii, owned and operated by Tane and Maureen Datta. The Dattas farm seven diversified acres and run a distribution network that connects local family farms with CSA members and wholesale customers. All produce distributed through Adaptations comes from Hawaii. The farm's Fresh Feast CSA lets members build custom share boxes from a rotating selection of fruits, vegetables, greens, tomatoes, bread, dairy, micro-greens, herbs, and artisanal products, with weekly or bi-weekly pickup options across the island. Adaptations also produces a line of botanicals, including herbal tinctures, raw plant materials, and its Oceanfire Cinnamon products. Learn more on their About Page.
