Abundant Pastures

Chickens are raised in a brooder for three weeks before moving to pasture, where they are rotated to a fresh area every day to access new grass and bugs. Turkeys follow the same brooder-to-pasture model before rotating pastures three days a week, directly behind the lamb flock. Both chickens and turkeys are fed a non-GMO feed ration mixed on the farm. The grass-fed beef herd eats only grass, receives no chemical wormers and no antibiotics, and is moved to a new paddock every day. A non-GMO grain-finished beef option is also available for those who prefer a grain-finished product. Lambs eat only grass, receive no chemical wormers and no antibiotics, and are rotated to a new paddock three times a week. Layer hens are pasture-raised and fed a non-GMO feed ration. The garden's 45 beds are fertilized using cattle and brooder bedding with no outside fertilizer inputs and no chemical pesticides. All poultry and beef are processed at USDA-inspected facilities.
