Spanish-inspired tapas, paella, and small plates restaurant open since 2002.
ZuZu is a downtown Napa restaurant inspired by the culinary traditions of Northern Spain, serving tapas, paella, and small plates since 2002. The menu draws on regional Northern California ingredients sourced from local farms and trusted purveyors. Proprietor Mick Salyer leads a team that includes chef Armando Ramirez and pastry and events lead Jenn Anderson. ZuZu operates primarily as a walk-in restaurant for lunch and dinner, with limited reservations available for evening dining. Indoor and outdoor patio seating are both offered, and paella is also available for takeout and catering. Learn more on their About Page.
ZuZu's kitchen is dedicated to local farms, ranches, and organic purveyors, sourcing fruits, vegetables, meats, and seafood through named regional partners. Meat suppliers include Hudson Ranch, Oak Ridge Angus Ranch, Rancho Llano Seco, Sonoma County Meat Company, and Sonoma Liberty Ducks. Poultry comes from Mary's Chicken. Seafood is sourced through Monterey Fish Company, Osprey Seafood, and Gulfish. Dairy partners include Bohemian Creamery, Cowgirl Creamery, and Redwood Hills Farm. Produce is sourced from Capay Organic Farms, Matthiasson Farms, Tenbrink Farms, and Cooks Produce. Pantry staples include Rancho Gordo beans, Marshall's Farm honey, Model Bakery bread, Salute Sante Grapeseed Oil, and Sciabica Olive Oil.
