Vincent Cattle Co. is a family-owned regenerative farm in Suwannee County, Florida, run by Dan and Jade Vincent. Dan grew up on a cattle farm in southwest England and Jade hails from upstate New York; the two started farming together in 2021. They sell beef direct to consumers in the form of beef shares (quarter, half, and whole) as well as bundled cuts, and also offer dairy. The farm's land was previously planted with pine trees, which the Vincents cleared to build pastures guided by regenerative principles. Learn more on their About Page.
Vincent Cattle Co. raises 100% pasture-raised, GMO-free beef. Cattle spend their entire lives on pasture and are supplemented with a high-quality, non-GMO grain blend, a combination the farm describes as bringing together the attributes of grass-fed and grain-finished beef. The farm uses no antibiotics, hormones, or vaccines. Regenerative farming techniques are applied with the stated goal of building soil and pasture health for future generations. The farm itself was converted from pine-tree plantings to working pasture since the Vincents arrived.
