A 5-acre Fresno farm offering weekly customizable CSA vegetable boxes, sourdough bread, and farm-made natural products.
Vesolaya Gardens is a 5-acre vegetable farm in Fresno, California, growing a wide range of seasonal produce entirely on its own land. It offers weekly CSA box subscriptions containing 7 to 10 seasonal vegetables, available for pickup at the Riverpark and Clovis farmers markets, at the farm directly, or delivered to the Fresno, Kerman, and Clovis areas. Members can customize their boxes before harvest and choose weekly or every-other-week delivery. Add-on options include local honey from Hinkle's Honey, farm-made soaps, candles, and skin care products, and stone-ground organic sourdough rye and einkorn bread. All produce sold is grown on the Fresno farm; the farm does not resell produce from other sources. Learn more on their About Page.
Vesolaya Gardens follows regenerative organic farming practices with a focus on soil health. The farm does not use insecticides, herbicides, or fungicides. Soil amendments consist primarily of wood chips and organic compost that is free from bio-solids and animal by-products. The farm also applies certified organic soil microbes to support a balanced soil microbiome. Its stone-ground sourdough bread is made from organic rye and organic einkorn berries, with no additives or commercial yeast, using only flour, water, and salt.
