Small vegetable and herb farm growing for the Chattanooga area, with a weekly CSA and farmers' market presence.
Under Foot Farm is a small vegetable and herb farm located in Chickamauga, GA, just outside of Chattanooga. Founded in fall 2019 by Briana Yablonski, the farm began growing on its current land in 2025 after five years of operation in Knoxville, TN. Yablonski has worked on produce farms since 2014, gaining experience across Pennsylvania, Virginia, Minnesota, and Tennessee. The farm offers a seasonal CSA with weekly pickups in Chattanooga, and its produce is also available at local farmers' markets and restaurants. Each CSA share contains 6 to 7 rotating items, accompanied by recipes and storage tips.
Under Foot Farm cultivates vegetables and herbs with a focus on soil and ecosystem health. The farm adds amendments such as compost and seaweed extracts to develop healthy soil. It does not use synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides. While not opposed to machinery, the farm primarily grows using hand tools and minimal tillage.
