The Steward Sustainable Farm

The Steward Sustainable Farm is a third-generation family farm in Central Texas that raises grass-fed and grass-finished Angus beef, pastured chicken, and pasture-raised egg-laying hens. The farm also produces artisan sourdough breads, baked goods, canned goods, and spice rubs. Beef is available in individual cuts as well as whole, half, and quarter beef shares. CSA subscription boxes, themed meat samplers, and bulk-buy options let customers stock up at a discount. An on-farm Grab 'n Go Market opens every Saturday. The farm's general store carries kitchen, baking, and canning supplies alongside its food offerings.
