Grass-fed beef, lamb, and rabbit from an 850-acre North Texas ranch
JuHa Ranch is an 850-acre working ranch founded by Harry Butaud and Judi Glasgow, whose first names give the ranch its name. The ranch raises grass-fed beef, lamb, and rabbit, offering a wide range of cuts from steaks and roasts to organ meats and bones. Customers can place weekly pre-orders for pickup at the Dallas Farmers Market, the White Rock Farmers Market, a meat drop, or directly at the ranch. Beyond meat, JuHa Ranch also trains and sells Quarter Horses and working ranch dogs. The ranch philosophy centers on sustainable agriculture, ethical animal treatment, and continual improvement. Learn more on their About Page.
JuHa Ranch raises its animals without hormones or antibiotics. The ranch uses controlled grazing for weed and brush control in place of pesticides. It maintains careful bloodline genetics across all stock raised. Conservation is a core focus: the ranch works to preserve and develop wildlife habitats and to establish native grasslands suited to the changing environment. These practices reflect a stated commitment to sustainable agriculture, ecological integrity, and humane treatment of animals.
