The farm grows a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, sold directly through its own market alongside fresh-baked breads, seasonal soups, sandwiches, and salads made in-house. Flowers, compost and soil amendments, and products from other local producers and artisans round out the market's offerings. The farm also hosts Long Table Dinners and educational farm tours, giving visitors a close look at how food moves from soil to table. The Local Harvest Market describes its growing approach as no-till, soil-regenerative, and 100% natural. The farm works to increase biodiversity by planting a wide range of annuals, flowers, perennials, shrubs, and trees to attract beneficial insects, and grows cover crops to build soil fertility. Reducing soil disturbance and active composting are central to its land management. Produce sold in the market is spray-free and grown in soils the farm has worked to restore since it began. Breads are baked using ingredients from Anita's Organic Mill, a certified organic grain supplier.
