Thankful Harvest

Thankful Harvest raises beef cattle and sheep on organically managed pastures, feeding them a 100% grass-fed diet with no grain, grain by-products, oil seed, or oil seed by-products throughout their lives. The farm also sources cattle and sheep from other similarly managed farms. Free-range poultry and hens forage across the farmstead daily and receive a certified organic, soy-free feed supplemented with flax seed. Pork is raised on a certified organic, soy-free diet. Raw honey is harvested from the farm's own bees, which forage on plants and flowers growing on the organically managed land. The farm applies regenerative and sustainable land management practices, and is in the process of transitioning its current location to organic certification.
