One Farm Market

One Farm Market is a local foods store on Main Street in Logan, Iowa, rooted in a decade of growing on family farmland. What began as a seasonal pop-up market in late 2020 grew into a permanent, expanded grocery store serving the area year-round. In 2026, Amber and Shane Muxfeldt took ownership of the market, continuing its focus on local foods and sustainable growing. The store carries One Farm produce alongside vegetables, fruits, and herbs from other growers, as well as meat (lamb, beef, pork, bison, chicken, and Alaskan wild-caught sockeye salmon), honey, dairy, eggs, locally roasted coffee beans, body products, shelf-stable goods, and home goods. Nearly everything sold is sourced from Iowa or the Omaha metro area. On select Saturday mornings, local bakers supply fresh bread, focaccia, scones, and other baked items.
