Starbright Acres Family Farm

Starbright Acres Family Farm is a certified organic produce farm founded in 2010 by Ken and Aleta Barrett and their two children. The farm grows a wide seasonal variety of vegetables including tomatoes, cucumbers, melons, eggplant, figs, garlic, peppers, squash, salad mix, and more, along with vegetable starts sold each spring. Produce is sold directly to consumers and local businesses, with 90% reaching customers within ten miles of the farm. Starbright Acres participates in a multi-farm collaborative CSA alongside First Rain Farm and Bluebird Farm, serving Nevada County.
