Certified organic vegetable, herb, and flower farm selling through farmers markets and a seasonal CSA.
Skinny Dip Farm is a small, diverse family farm founded by Hannah and Ben Wolbach in 2011, after the couple spent five years managing Holly Hill Farm in Cohasset, MA. The farm grows a wide range of certified organic vegetables and herbs, no-spray flowers, and seasonal plant starts. Its vegetable lineup spans baby salad greens, heirloom tomatoes, root vegetables, brassicas, alliums, summer and winter squash, and more. Flowers are a significant focus, with mixed bouquets drawn from several dozen varieties including sunflowers, dahlias, zinnias, snapdragons, and calendula. Skinny Dip Farm sells everything it grows as locally as possible, through farmers markets and a CSA program.
All vegetables grown at Skinny Dip Farm are certified organic, certified by Baystate Organic Certifiers. Flowers are grown without spray. The farm rotates one to two acres out of production each year, cover-cropping with grasses and legumes to return nitrogen and organic matter to the soil. Skinny Dip Farm sells exclusively through local channels, including farmers markets and a community-supported agriculture (CSA) share program, with an online store available in the off-season.
