Jordan Farm is a family-run farm on the South Coast of Massachusetts focused on raising Hereford beef cattle. The farm sells its beef in several formats: individual cuts (burgers, steaks, bone-in options, and cooking cuts), as well as whole, half, and quarter cow bulk orders. Jordan Farm operates a closed herd, meaning all Hereford cattle are born and raised on the farm's 70 acres of clover and grass pastures. Cattle are rotationally grazed, and all winter forage is produced from hay fields in the local neighborhood. The farm practices no-till farming to preserve soil structure, reduce erosion, and support soil health. No growth hormones, antibiotics, or de-worming medicines are used, nor are any pesticides, herbicides, or non-organic fertilizers applied to the land. Animals receive an organic-certified mineral supplement. To further reduce methane output, cattle are given seaweed licks. The farm is Certified Grassfed and Animal Welfare Approved by A Greener World, and holds a Tier 3 certification from Regenified for regenerative land practices.
