Sisu Farms is a family-run farm operated by the Holley family, who moved to Colorado in 2018 to farm the land where Asa Holley grew up. The farm raises grass-fed and finished beef, pastured pork (marketed as Dirt Pork), pasture-raised chicken and turkey, and pasture-raised eggs, and also offers wild-caught sockeye salmon. Offal cuts are available alongside bundles and gift cards. Sisu Farms runs a CSA program at three tiers, allowing members to invest early in the season and receive meat, eggs, and a free farm tour. Sisu Farms raises its animals on pasture using rotational grazing. Beef is grass-fed and grass-finished. Pork, chicken, turkey, and eggs are all pasture-raised. The farm's approach centers on continually improving its methods for working with land, water, and animals.
