Overview

Family-run Indiana farm selling pasture-raised beef, pork, chicken, lamb, bison, and eggs direct to consumers.

Seven Sons Farms is a family farm founded in 2000 by Lee and Beth Hitzfield and their seven sons on a 500-acre property in Roanoke, Indiana. After a family health crisis in the late 1990s, the farm shifted from conventional row-crop and confinement livestock production to a regenerative, pasture-based model. It sells meats, including grass-fed beef, pastured pork, pastured chicken, grass-fed lamb, and grass-fed bison, as well as eggs, seafood, dairy products, and frozen vegetables. Products are available through an on-site farm store, seasonal farm tours, and home delivery across the continental United States. The business partners with like-minded farms to extend its supply alongside its own production. All seven sons hold active roles in ranching, farm management, marketing, and logistics.
