Fresh Egg Co. is an Indiana farm run by Bruce Hitzfield, his wife Alyssa, and their children, operating as a network of like-minded small farms in fellowship with Seven Sons Farms. The farm raises hens on pasture and sells its eggs under the Fresh Bloom name, a reference to the eggs being left unwashed so their natural protective bloom remains intact. Eggs are hand-gathered and shipped directly from the farm in a custom cushioned box with foam Egg Snugglers, arriving within days of being laid. Each box includes a Freshness Certificate card that notes the exact lay date.
