Rowe McCarver Farms

Rowe McCarver Farms is a working family farm in Chidester, Arkansas that raises grass-fed, grass-finished cattle and lamb. The farm, also known as Arkansas Grass Fed Beef, sells beef and lamb directly to customers through a CowShare program, offering whole, half, and quarter cow shares. Cuts available include hamburger, sirloin, chuck roast, fajita beef, beef ribs, short ribs, and beef chunks, among others. Customers can pick up orders at the farm or arrange delivery. The farm also raises sheep, chickens, and donkeys on over 200 acres of private land.
