Certified Naturally Grown vegetable farm with a farm stand, farmers market presence, and farm tours.
Fat Rabbit Farms is a naturally-grown produce farm established in the spring of 2022 by farmers Kyle and Becca, who returned to their Arkansas roots to build a working farm rooted in sustainable and regenerative agriculture. Kyle brought experience managing a 20-acre vegetable farm and vineyard in the Texas Hill Country, while Becca's background in natural resource management as a parks director and park superintendent with Texas Parks and Wildlife shapes the farm's land-stewardship approach. The farm sells produce through farmers markets, an on-site farm stand with weekly Friday pickups, local restaurants, and small-scale grocers. It also hosts walking farm tours and private group luncheons, offering visitors a direct look at how its food is grown.
Fat Rabbit Farms holds Certified Naturally Grown (CNG) certification. CNG farms abstain from synthetic chemicals and genetically modified organisms, and responsibly manage soil and water resources. Certification is verified through a peer-review inspection process rather than a government body. The farm describes its approach as using all organic, sustainable practices and has operated under those standards since breaking ground in early 2022. The farm also represents CNG at local food systems events and describes its broader mission as rooted in regenerative agriculture.
