Ranch Foods Direct is a butcher shop and retail food market founded in 2000 by rancher and family farm advocate Mike Callicrate. The business operates two Colorado Springs locations, each offering a fresh meat counter, in-house prepared meals and soups, house-made sausages, artisan breads, jams, salsas, and a produce section stocked with Colorado-grown vegetables and fruit. Beef and pork sold under the Callicrate name come directly from the business's own ranch.
