Dearing Country Farms

Dearing Country Farms is a family homestead farm that has been growing naturally raised meat, eggs, produce, fruit, and berries since 2006. The farm raises beef cattle, chickens, turkeys, goats, and sheep, and grows a broad range of seasonal vegetables along with fruit trees and berries. Products are available through summer and winter CSA shares, at the Downtown Bloomington Farmer's Market on Saturdays from May through October, and at area winter markets. A distinctive addition to the farm is its Pioneer and Sustainability AgriLearning Center, which offers hands-on classes covering agriculture, food preservation, and sustainable living.
