A2/A2 raw milk, cream, and yogurt from a family-run Guernsey and Jersey cow dairy in South Texas.
Our Family Farms is a family-operated raw dairy in Los Fresnos, Texas, run by Michael and Amber Arriaga and their five children. The farm was built around a personal search for better milk, which led the family to study milking and farming practices extensively before establishing their own herd. Their Guernsey and Jersey cows are selected specifically for A2/A2 protein genetics, a protein profile they found more digestible for their lactose-intolerant family. Products include raw milk, raw cream, and raw yogurt, all bottled fresh and distributed exclusively through herd share memberships. The milk is never pasteurized and never homogenized. Our Family Farms raises its Guernsey and Jersey herd on South Texas pasture, rotating cows through fresh grass to support soil and animal health. The cows are milked twice daily on the farm. The farm follows organic methods in its fields and herd management. When supplemental feed is provided, it is non-GMO.
