Certified organic fruit and vegetable farm supplying local chefs, restaurants, and nonprofits in Sonoma Valley.
Little Paradise Farm is a small, family-owned organic farm situated on 33 acres just east of the town of Sonoma, nestled against the Mayacamas foothills. The owners revived long-neglected farmland with the goal of restoring its ecosystem through organic, sustainable agriculture. The farm grows a wide array of fruits and vegetables, including beets, berries, tomatoes, squash, melons, kale, lettuces, herbs, cucumbers, peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, watermelon, and tree fruits. It supplies local chefs and restaurants, and regularly donates produce to nonprofits. A small chicken flock and an apiary also call the farm home. Learn more on their About Page.
Little Paradise Farm has been certified organic since 2013 by California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF) and holds USDA Organic certification. It is also a member of the Real Organic Project, the Organic Farmers Association, and the Wild Farm Alliance Farmland Flyways program, and carries the Slow Food Snail of Approval. The farm uses exclusively organic and sustainable farming methods, with no intention of converting undeveloped land to monoculture. Chickens are kept as part of the farming system, providing natural manure, and bees pollinate crops. All produce is seasonal and harvested at peak ripeness. The farm follows USDA and CCOF sustainable farming guidelines throughout its operations.
