Lily Hill Farm is a third-generation family farm in Georgia, taken over in 2019 by Marc and Avery Claire Wrigglesworth to keep it in agriculture and preserve it from foreclosure. The farm raises Black Angus cattle on pasture and sells beef directly to families, bypassing the commodity market. Cuts include steaks, roasts, ground beef, ribs, brisket, bones, offal, and sampler boxes, with beef shares and subscription boxes also available. The farm dry-ages its beef and offers local pickup alongside direct shipping. Beyond beef, Lily Hill Farm produces a line of tallow skincare under the Lily Hill Tallow Co. name, including a whipped tallow balm available in unscented and scented formulas. Lily Hill Farm raises Black Angus cattle on pasture using regenerative practices, with a focus on the health of the forage the cattle consume. The farm is actively restoring native forage and savanna-structured pastures to finish cattle on diverse plant communities and to create wildlife habitat. Cattle are grass and grain finished. Across all of the farm's cattle operations, animals are raised without growth hormones, antibiotics, steroids, or animal by-products. The Reserve Collection of tallow skincare is made exclusively from tallow sourced from the farm's own herd. The jojoba oil used in tallow products is certified-organic and sourced from Purcell Jojoba, a family-owned farm in Arizona, and all essential oils used in formulations are certified organic and ethically sourced.
