LavenderBlu Farms is a small farm in Winterville, Georgia, founded in 2022 by Lori and Chuck Ros. The farm grows lavender, blueberries, a wide variety of seasonal vegetables and fruits, fresh-cut flowers, and maintains an apple orchard. LavenderBlu Farms sells its produce, lavender products, plant starts, and cut flowers at the Marigold Farmers Market in Winterville on Saturdays, and through an online market available for local pickup. Farm-made products include lavender essential oil, hydrosol, spice mixes, apple chips, and plant starts. LavenderBlu Farms holds Certified Naturally Grown (CNG) certification, earned in 2025. Under CNG standards, the farm avoids synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides, relying instead on healthy soil, crop rotation, natural inputs, and prevention-based pest management. CNG farms undergo peer-reviewed, transparent inspection. The farm's stated mission is to grow fresh, seasonal vegetables, fruit, and flowers using responsible, earth-friendly practices.
