Founded by Farmer Tom, the operation now spans nearly 100 acres of vegetables, livestock, and feed crops. The farm grows and sells Certified Naturally Grown vegetables, flowers, pasture-raised pork, small-batch poultry and eggs, and gourmet popcorn grown and popped on the farm. Customers can order online and pick up at retail locations or find the farm at farmers markets across NW Indiana and Chicago.
Kankakee Valley Homestead holds Certified Naturally Grown status for its produce. Its pork is pasture-raised, and its poultry is described as small-batch.
