Joy Farms is a 20-acre, employee-owned farm founded and operated by Kris DeLange. The farm grows pastured beef, farm-fresh eggs, and seasonal produce, and offers subscription boxes that combine produce with beef and egg options. Beyond food, Joy Farms hosts weddings and gatherings on the property, and runs the Thrive Learning Hub, a program for families to engage with farm-based learning. Joy Farms raises its cattle on pasture, born and grazed on the farm itself, with no steroids, antibiotics, or hormones used on or fed to the livestock. The farm's hens are free to roam and are fed all-organic feed. Produce is grown using organic and regenerative farming practices, without Roundup or other herbicides, chemical fertilizers, or pesticides that could harm beneficial insects or soil organisms. The farm describes its overarching approach as regenerative, with a stated commitment to leaving the land in better condition than it was found.
