Overview
Arizona grass-fed beef ranch offering grass-finished beef, lamb, pasture-raised poultry, and wild-caught Alaskan seafood.
JH Grass Fed is an Arizona ranch operation rooted in the Holbrook family's multi-generational ranching legacy, doing business since 2012. The ranch raises grass-fed, grass-finished cattle across more than 70,000 acres of leased Arizona rangeland located approximately 45 miles north of Cave Creek. Alongside its own beef, JH Grass Fed offers lamb, pasture-raised chicken and turkey sourced from trusted Arizona ranchers and farmers, and wild-caught Alaskan fish and shellfish sourced through a small family-run fishing partnership. Beef is dry-aged and processed locally under Arizona Department of Agriculture standards. Customers can order individual cuts, or purchase whole, half, or quarter animals priced by final weight. Products are available for home delivery within Maricopa County or for pickup at Phoenix-area farmers markets. Learn more on their About Page.
JH Grass Fed raises cattle on over 70,000 acres of leased Arizona rangeland using heritage ranching methods passed down through generations. The ranch employs tethering technology to minimize overgrazing and protect native habitats, combined with strategic cattle rotation to support soil health and native forage regrowth. Beef is dry-aged and locally processed under Arizona Department of Agriculture inspection standards. All meats are raised without antibiotics or hormones. Lamb and poultry are sourced from Arizona ranchers and farmers the business describes as sharing its standards for humane treatment and clean ingredients. Wild-caught seafood is sourced through a small, family-run Alaskan fishing operation.
