Arcadia Meat Market works exclusively with ranchers and farmers who raise animals on open pastures without hormones or antibiotics. Animals are described as 100% organically fed with no GMOs, foraging on natural grasses. Beef comes from Arizona Grass Raised Beef, a network of over 40 partner ranchers in Arizona, in which owner Nick Addante is also a partner. Pork and lamb are sourced from Chiricahua Pasture Raised in Wilcox, AZ, with additional lamb from Heartquist Hollow in Winkleman, AZ. Chicken comes from 6th Day Farms in Maricopa, AZ. The shop states it works with producers who practice sustainable methods. It also carries dry-aged beef, aged for 30 days on site.
