Mum Foods is a smokehouse and deli offering Central Texas barbecue, pastrami, deli sandwiches, soups, house-made bread, and sweets. We also provide farm-to-table catering for events of all sizes. Our pastrami was voted Best Pastrami in Texas by Texas Monthly's Daniel Vaughn, and we were selected for the inaugural Michelin Guide for Texas. You can find us at our brick-and-mortar deli (open Wednesday through Sunday until sold out) or at several local farmers markets each weekend.
