Intero Restaurant

Intero is a farm-to-table Italian restaurant opened in 2018 by chef/owners Ian Thurwachter and Krystal Craig, who bring over 35 years of combined experience in food and restaurants. The menu draws on traditional Italian techniques and cooking sensibilities, applied to seasonal Texas ingredients. Because menu availability follows both seasonal produce and the varying yields of whole-animal butchery, dishes change regularly. On the sweet side, Intero offers house-made chocolates — including truffles, barks, and sipping chocolate — alongside traditional Italian desserts in classic, seasonal, and unique flavors.
