Flitch Coffee is a specialty coffee shop operating out of a remodeled 1952 Spartan trailer on Austin's east side, on a lot shared with Harvest Lumber Company. We work with local and national roasters, including Creature Coffee, Proud Mary Coffee Roasters, and Onyx Coffee, to offer a rotating variety of coffees on our menu. Our drink lineup covers espresso, drip, cold brew, matcha, chai, golden mylk, and more. On the food side, we carry Pueblo Viejo Breakfast Tacos (served until sold out), fresh pastries from Sour Duck Bakery, and weekend donuts from Andy K. We also stock a range of retail goods from local vendors, including Kosmic Kombucha, Mayawell Tonics, and Richards Rainwater. Catering and private event hosting are available.

We collaborate with local bakers, retailers, vendors, and farms to bring quality products to our customers. Our coffee comes from a rotating selection of local and national specialty roasters: Creature Coffee, Proud Mary Coffee Roasters, and Onyx Coffee. Food and beverage partners include Sour Duck Bakery (pastries), Pueblo Viejo (breakfast tacos), Mill-King Dairy, Kosmic Kombucha, Zhi Teas, and Curcuma Kitchen, among others.
