Indian Valley Organic Farm and Garden (IVOFG) is a certified organic farm located on the College of Marin's Indian Valley Campus in Novato. It was created to support and sustain local food systems and organic agriculture, to educate and develop the local agricultural workforce, and to provide fresh, seasonal produce for local residents. The farm is managed by College of Marin in partnership with The Cultural Conservancy and UCCE Marin Master Gardeners. It operates a weekly seasonal farmstand, a CSA program offering weekly boxes of farm-grown fruits, vegetables, herbs, tea blends, and flowers, and a spring plant sale. Workshops and classes are available through the College of Marin Community Education catalog. Learn more on their About Page.
Indian Valley Organic Farm and Garden holds a certified organic designation. Staff, students, and volunteers harvest the fields and pack CSA boxes with produce grown on-site at the Indian Valley Campus. The farm's CSA boxes contain an array of products including fruits, vegetables, herbs, tea blends, and flowers, all grown at the farm. The farm also produces its own olive oil, available seasonally. College of Marin manages farm operations with operational support from The Cultural Conservancy and UCCE Marin Master Gardeners.
