Pick-your-own fruit farm with maple syrup, farm-raised beef and pork, a retail store, and a bar and restaurant.
Hollis Hills Farm is a 100-acre working farm founded by Jim and Allison, who purchased the historic Marshall Farm in 2014 at the age of 29. The farm offers seasonal pick-your-own produce including strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, peaches, apples, pumpkins, and u-cut flowers. A retail store stocks farm-fresh eggs, maple syrup, seasonal produce, apple cider donuts, and ice cream, alongside farm-raised beef and pork. Hollis Hills Farm also operates a sugar house and is the largest maple producer in the eastern part of Massachusetts, processing sap from roughly 5,000 taps each spring. A bar, restaurant, and Christmas tree farm round out the farm's offerings. Learn more on their About Page.
Hollis Hills Farm raises its own cows and pigs using no preventative antibiotics and no growth hormones. The farm describes its approach as farming as holistically and naturally as possible. Beef and pork are available by the cut in the retail store, and customers can also purchase half and whole pigs or sides of beef. The sugar house processes approximately 70,000 gallons of maple sap each spring from around 5,000 taps.
