Overview
Nutrient-dense, grass-fed, pasture-raised meat, eggs, and farm goods from a family farm in the Texas Hill Country.
We are the Kashef family, and our farm in Llano, Texas sits at the crossroads of health, nutrition, and family. We raise pasture-raised chicken, turkey, pork, and eggs, along with grassfed grass-finished beef, grass-finished lamb, organic peaches, fermented goods, and ready-to-eat items. Goat milk is also available. Our livestock are moved constantly to fresh pasture to promote animal health, soil biology, and nutritious grass growth. Our farm is built on permaculture principles, practicing soil regeneration, livestock management, and vegetable production. Poultry and hogs are rotationally grazed on pasture and in the woods. Animals are fed fresh grass and certified organic grains. Our meats and eggs carry higher concentrations of essential fatty acids, vitamins, and healthy fats. We use no soy, no pesticides, no GMOs, no antibiotics, and no hormones. Our regenerative systems are designed to nourish, build, and heal the soil.
