Hays Family Farm is a regenerative family operation in Bainbridge, Indiana, run by John Hays, his wife Jenny, and their children and grandchildren. The farm offers 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef, 100% grass-fed lamb, pasture-raised pork, pasture-raised chicken, pasture-raised eggs, and local raw honey. John Hays brings roughly 40 years of farming experience spanning commercial pig production, row crop farming, commercial hay production, and now regenerative agriculture. Hays Family Farm uses regenerative grazing practices aimed at building soil health and encouraging biodiversity. Animals are raised outdoors on open pasture with no antibiotics, no hormones, and no routine pharmaceuticals. Beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished; chicken and eggs are non-GMO and pasture-raised. All meats are processed at a USDA-inspected facility. The farm operates on the principle that soil health supports animal health, guiding decisions across every part of the operation.
