HammerTime Hollow

HammerTime Hollow is a small family farm based in Tampa and Lake Panasoffkee, Florida, with roots in the dairy industry tracing back to a family member who founded Royal Palm Dairy in Tampa in the 1940s. The farm produces raw cow's milk, chicken eggs, and other dairy products including Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, chocolate milk, and orange blossom honey. Products are available at nearly thirty retail locations across a region stretching from Brooksville to Lakeland to St. Petersburg. The farm also offers home delivery to Pinellas County and select areas of Hillsborough, Pasco, and Hernando counties. HammerTime Hollow does not operate a retail market at the farm and is not open to the public.
