Overview

Hydroponic microgreens, micro-herbs, and edible flowers grown on a 10-acre farm since 1999.

Cahaba Clubs Herbal Outpost is a hydroponic farm nestled on 10 acres in Odessa, Florida, growing microgreens and edible flowers for over two decades. Founded in 1999 by Marvin, the farm produces hydroponic micro-greens, micro-herbs, micro-vegetables, exotic tiny greens, tiny lettuces, pea shoots, pea tendrils, and a wide variety of edible flowers. Edible flowers are grown through permaculture throughout the property, including in hanging baskets. Products are harvested on a cut-to-order basis and shipped nationwide. Chefs draw on Cahaba's micro greens as both a garnish and a flavorful addition to signature dishes. The farm also grows an extensive range of edible landscaping, including peaches, pears, blackberries, blueberries, citrus, passion fruit, and dragon fruit.
