Grounded Earth Farm

Grounded Earth Farm is a first-generation family farm on 11 acres of rolling hills, woodlands, and wetlands in Crown Point, Indiana. Operated by Ben and Anne Massie, the farm grows organic vegetables, fruits, mushrooms, and nuts, and sells through a seasonal CSA, farmers markets, and a farm stand. The CSA, called the Harvest Box, runs in collaboration with neighboring Five Hands Farm and delivers 7 to 9 varieties of produce per week over a 16-week season, including many gourmet varieties not commonly found in supermarkets. Members can expect items such as heirloom tomatoes, sweet salad turnips, arugula, winter squash, melons, and much more. An organic egg add-on is also available through the CSA from Fischer Farms.
