Tulip Tree Gardens Farm

Tulip Tree Gardens is a 120-acre organic and regenerative farm in Beecher, Illinois, founded by first-generation farmers Rachael and Jesse Smedberg. Rachael launched the operation from a background in soil health and organic practices; Jesse brings engineering experience alongside a focus on nature and science. The farm raises chickens and pigs, producing eggs, a range of pork cuts and sausages, rendered lard, and beef bacon. Its year-round farmstand also carries raw local honey, whole milk, whole milk yogurt, smoked fish, dry beans, and locally sourced heirloom vegetables, flowers, and plants.
