Nubian micro-dairy offering pasture-raised raw goat milk and goat cheese in eastern Kansas.
Grace Heritage Farms is a Nubian micro-dairy run by the Easdon family in Fontana, Kansas. The farm traces its goat-keeping roots through four generations of women, each sharing the middle name Grace, with the current herd established in eastern Kansas in 2018. Sarah Easdon, a former nurse turned farmer, leads the operation alongside her husband Colton and their children. The farm produces raw goat milk and goat cheese, available for farm pickup, with milk in season from April through October. The herd numbers around 25 Nubian dairy goats, with new kids born each spring. Meat goats and poultry are also raised on the property. Learn more on their About Page.
All dairy goats, meat goats, and poultry at Grace Heritage Farms are pasture-raised. The dairy herd grazes rotationally, moving to a fresh section of pasture every two to four days during the milking season to ensure consistent forage access and to support pasture health. The farm states this rotational approach means the goats do not require routine medication. Grace Heritage Farms also describes its methods as regenerative farming practices, and it applies strict milk handling protocols and testing to its raw milk production. Per Kansas state law, all milk must be picked up directly at the farm.
