Overview

20-acre nonprofit homestead farm offering pasture-raised meat, heritage eggs, goat cheese, and farm-made goods

Gaia Farm is a 20-acre nonprofit homestead nestled along Refugio Canyon on the Gaviota Coast, operated by first-generation farmers. The farm raises heritage-breed livestock including Nigerian Dwarf Goats, Jacob Sheep, Dexter Cows, Berkshire x Red Wattle hogs, and a range of poultry. Its farm stand offers pork and beef cuts, ground sausage, bacon, whole poultry, goat meat, heritage eggs (chicken, duck, and quail), and goat milk chevre in several flavors. Pantry items include bone broth, leaf lard, granola, and house-made BBQ sauces and seasonings. The farm also produces goat milk soaps, lotions, tallow balms, and candles. Visitors are welcome by appointment, and products are also available at select local markets.
