The farm raises Angus cattle and Katahdin lambs for direct-to-consumer beef and lamb. Its online store offers a wide range of cuts, including steaks, roasts, ground beef, burger patties, and sausages, as well as cow shares in sizes from a sixteenth to a whole animal.
