Father Earth Organic Farm is a small family farm in east Boulder County founded and operated by Frank Hodge. The farm grows organic vegetables, fruits, herbs, and cut flowers, with more than 300 vegetable varieties including over 30 tomato varieties. Customers can join a seasonal CSA program, receiving a weekly share sized for two to four people over a 20-week season, or purchase produce at the farm stand and local farmers' markets. The farm also produces honey and offers consulting services for gardeners. Tomatoes and peppers are grown hydroponically inside the farm's greenhouse and hoop houses, and all produce is non-GMO. Father Earth Organic Farm draws on multiple growing methods, including permaculture, bio-intensive gardening, wide-row gardening, no-dig, and hydroponic techniques.
