Moxie Bread Co. is a small-town bakery with old-world roots, producing rustic breads, pastries, and other baked goods from locally and regionally sourced grains milled fresh on site. Every product begins with organic, unprocessed heirloom grains, pre-industrial varieties that predate the 1960s and 1970s industrialization of American agriculture. All breads undergo a long, slow fermentation process. The bakery also serves drinks and meals, offers catering and private events, and stocks products from other independent Colorado businesses at each location.
