7th Generation Farm is a historical working farm in Louisville, Colorado. Its on-farm market store carries fresh beef, pork, lamb, goat, poultry, duck eggs, chicken eggs, and raw honey. The farm runs a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program offering meat shares with twice-monthly pickups from May through the fall and winter. Members can choose from annual half or whole shares, or a Poultry and Special Meat Access option through the Friends of Farm program. In the fall, the farm opens a pumpkin patch and festival with u-pick pumpkins, tractor hayrides, hay bale climbing, and animal visits. Products are also available for purchase through an online store.
7th Generation Farm raises a variety of livestock on-site, including horses, sheep, goats, chickens, ducks, and pigs. Chicken eggs and duck eggs sold at the farm store are cage-free. The farm offers two varieties of raw, unpasteurized honey sourced locally in Boulder County: a light variety from bees pollinating wild flowers and grasses, and a dark variety from bees pollinating alfalfa. CSA shares are assembled seasonally based on what meat is available, with select pickup rounds offered as pick-your-own from the store's stock.
