The ranch raises 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef and pasture-raised poultry, and sells individual cuts, variety boxes, beef shares, and farm-fresh eggs. Engler Beef also runs a flexible weekly CSA program, through which customers can order grass-fed meats, seasonal produce from local growers, eggs, coffee, and pantry staples for Saturday pickup. Engler Beef raises cattle entirely on green, growing grass in open pastures, with no grains and no feedlots.
