Diamond K Grassfed Beef is a family operation run by the Krause family, raising Ruby Red Devon and Angus cattle for 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef. The Devon breed is noted as one of the oldest cattle breeds in America, prized for its grass-fed quality and genetics. The beef is butchered, labeled, and packaged by USDA Certified Elkton Locker. Orders are shipped via FedEx in insulated Styrofoam panels with reusable Techni-Ice dry ice packs, dispatched only on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid weekend warehouse holds.
